One of my saving graces after moving across the country has been the Princeton Record Exchange. I was spoiled growing up in the Bay Area, but after 18 months here, PREX has become one of my all time favorite record stores. It’s a trip to think about, but the store has had a significant impact on my collection, not only in crossing off long time wants, but adding flavors I wasn’t even aware of. On top of being a great store, they’ve been extremely supportive of Phonographic Memory from the jump. This short video captures the spirit of the store perfectly. Many thanks Jon Lambert, the stores owner, Rob Geddis for hipping me to records, and the entire staff who make the store so inviting.
